Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery could take several working days depending on your chosen method (Free Shipping: 7 – 15 Business Days & Expedited Shipping: 3 – 6 Business Days). In some cases, orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected for review, you will be notified, and the processing time may be delayed by 1 additional business day. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate and deliverable.

UPS / DHL

I haven’t received my package 15 days after shipment.
In most cases, your package might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please allow 1-3 more working days. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@baligo.cc.

Money-Back Guarantee (45-Day Service)
We offer a Money-Back Guarantee for all buyers. If you don’t receive your goods/items within 45 days after payment, you can open a dispute, and we will issue a full refund without any issues. However, we kindly ask that you let us know if you receive the goods/items after the 45-day period.

Tracking Information
